Let It Be Easy
Once again, I am sitting at my most favorite ayurvedic coffee shop, Maya Moons, drinking the same seafoam blue Pitta Latte I order everytime I’m here.
Similarly to the last time I shared on this platform, it was cloudy at the coast when I left home. It’s sunny over here. I’m feeling airy today, so I’m listening to East Forrest. The reverberations of the drummy-dubstep playing over the speakers of the cafe are seeping through my headphones. I’m using that steady beat as an anchor.
Seated at the table in front of me are two women. My best guess places them in their mid-60s.
They are both wearing light-colored gauzy-linen outfits. Their hair is white-ish gray. They radiate embodiment in a way that reaches far beyond the cliché that “embodiment” has come to represent these days.
