More often than not, when I put Sloan in her carseat, she’ll say “too tight” after I secure her harness.
I’ll reach back and wiggle my fingers underneath the chest clasp and ask, “is that better?”
She (almost) always says yes.
The best part of this story: Nothing physical or tangible actually changes - in terms of how she is constrained. Yet, I give a little jiggle and she perceives a difference.
This story reminds me that physical/tangible changes are not a prerequisite for things to feel energetically different.
