I’m Here To Testify

I write picture books for adults but with words instead of photos.

In varying ways, I always get a little “share hangover” after I send a story into the World. I don’t necessarily feel sick - just vulnerable and exposed. Slightly bashful.

So, I asked myself why I feel called to share in the way that I share - the stories of my experience, most often my trials and tribulations…

And the only answer that came to be was: because I feel deeply called to do so.
